Evermore
Nevermore, will be holding its “Bizarre
Book Bonanza” on June
10th, from 6 – 10 PM as part of
downtown Mesa’s 2nd
Friday festival. This meet & greet
author/book event will showcase some of America’s
bestselling authors, intermingled with up-and-coming
local writers.
Each participating author will read from their latest
work, answer questions, pose for photos and sign their
respective books. Featured authors will include New
York Times Bestselling Author Lisa
McMann (the Wake Trilogy and Cryer’s Cross)
and Tom Leveen, bestselling
author of Party, and several other imaginative local
authors including Katie Mullaly
& J. Patrick Ohlde, Darryl
Dawson, and Caris O'Malley.
Evermore
Nevermore is known for its inventive and unique events
focused on local artists and craftspeople. They are
the creators and sponsors of Mesa’s popular Steampunk
Street event and have won both the New Times “Best
of Phoenix” award and the East Valley Tribune’s
“Best of the East Valley” award for their
eclectic inventory of local art and their entertaining
off-beat events. |

McMann is the New York
Times bestselling author of the Wake trilogy and Cryer's

Leveen was born and
raised in Arizona, where he lives with his wife. Party
is his first young adult novel. Tom was previously the
artistic director of Chyro Arts Venue, an all-ages performance
space hosting live music, theatre, visual art, and independent
film, where he enjoyed watching new, YA bands taking

Mullaly & J. Patrick Ohlde
are the authors of Scare-izona: A Travel Guide to Arizona's

Ghosts in Phoenix. They are the founding members of
Wailing
Bansidhe Paranormal Investigations.

Darryl
Dawson is the author of THE
CRAWLSPACE. He was born in Los Angeles
in the mid-1960's and currently works for a television
station while trying to avoid the dry hate (pun intended)
of Phoenix, Arizona. Darryl is currently working on
a novel based on his experiences in the television industry.
Its tentative title is IF IT BLEEDS. Find out
